Meet Bethanie Mace

Trainee Receptionist

What was your first place of employment?

My first place of employment was at KFC when I was 15. I think working there has really shaped me into the person I am today. I learnt a lot of valuable life and working skills there that will take me into the rest of my life.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

My proudest accomplishment would have to be how quickly I moved up the ladder in my previous job. I was a fresh adult so achieving something like that was a massive accomplishment. However, I did decide that that career path wasn’t what I was after long term.

How do you spend your free time?

I typically spend my free time playing netball and training. If I am not doing that, I enjoy spending time with friends, family and of course my dogs! Also, I like to catch up on Tv shows and YouTube.

What made you decide to step into this career?

I have always had an interest in businesses and how they operate. I also love to help people wherever I can. I believe in this role I can do both while helping a business succeed.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

If I could travel anywhere it’s definitely a toss-up between New York and London. New York because I am just fascinated by the city and culture of it. London for the same reasons but also because I love a good English accent!

What makes you an asset to Precision?

I believe I am an asset to precision because I am a hard worker, I will always put in 110%. I am also very organised and always eager to learn and try new things.

I hope to learn and grow to become amazing at my role and gain the skills and knowledge to establish a good career and create good relationships along the way.

If you could go back in time, what year would you visit and why?

I would like to visit sometime between 1500s-1600s as I’ve watched a Tv show called ‘Reign’ about Mary Queen of Scots, and I just think that it would be such an interesting era to be in to see how different times were and how the royals were back then.

What do you value most in life?

Family and friends. I also value making sure to live life to the fullest and enjoy every second.

What do you hope to get out of working at Precision?

What I hope to get out of working for Precision is the experience and knowledge to be able to establish a successful career.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I would have to say pizza, I mean there is definitely many different kinds, even dessert pizza so I wouldn’t have to eat exactly the same thing every day…
