Shane is Co-Principal of Merchant Business Brokers. His topic will be “START WITH THE END IN MIND”.
When we go into business with enthusiasm and passion, sometimes we neglect to think about what will happen at the other end. Family issues, health issues, market factors may mean that in the future we need to divest ourselves of that business and Shane is going to discuss what a saleable business looks like.
Shane has been a successful Business Broker in the Greater Newcastle area for the last 25 years and has worked with many marketable businesses which have achieved maximum returns for their owners. He is well recognised and respected in the profession and is passionate about small/medium businesses. Expect to be challenged to rethink how you administer your business from day one or to start today to reorganise your business to be ready for sale with sensible planning.
