It’s been a big year so far for Team PTAM and it keeps getting bigger.
As most of you know, in the last 12 months we have undertaken a major re brand of our image. This was a long and often very frustrating process. However, we made it through and are very proud of our new logo which symbolises an open conversation via modern methods just like you see in text messages.
Team PTAM are all about automation and using technology at every opportunity to improve productivity and efficiencies both internally and for you, our clients.
We wouldn’t have a business without our clients. So providing you with great customer service is at the forefront of our thoughts every day. On many occasions, Kelly provides a benefit, support or service without our clients or me necessarily knowing they have received the service or benefit.
As the business owner, for the TEAM to be nominated in these 3 categories is an acknowledgement of the efforts we put in all day every day.
