Maintaining and strengthening our workplace wellness program has enabled Precision to continue to be successful in another year of unprecedented challenges. The success of this program has empowered The Team to advance upon our already strong Diversity and Inclusion philosophies. We Are Precision – a workplace culture where every day, people matter provides a foundation for our Team. National recognition that we are leading the industry in these two programs is humbling for our close-knit, Lake Macquarie Team.

With the Covid-19 pandemic upon us all, this year, Precision specifically focused on the wellbeing of our Team and Clients. During the new working from home environment, workplace wellness and professional development had never been more important. In these two categories for which Precision was nominated, it was an incredible honour to be recognised as a finalist for the second year in a row.

Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards – 2018

 

Precision was thrilled to have taken home the award for Business of the Year. An enormous honour given the over 12,000 businesses that call Lake Macquarie home. Our Chief Operations Officer Kelly Eke won the award for Excellence in Customer Service and our Team’s long standing commitment was recognised by winning the award for Excellence in Digital Technology. Being named as finalists in three further categories demonstrated Precision’s ongoing commitment to excellence.

Hubdoc’s Top 50 Cloud Accountants Australia – 2018

 

Precision was named as one of Australia’s Top 50 Cloud Accounting firms for 2018.

“Hubdoc launched in Australia in 2016. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of seeing many firms flourish as they refine their accounting technology stack and transform their practices to provide amazing client experiences.

This year is the third year we’ve released our Top 50 list to recognise accounting and bookkeeping firms in Australia who are setting an example when it comes to leveraging cloud technology. While reviewing the applications for this year’s list, we were continually amazed by the incredible stories shared by the accounting and bookkeeping community – it’s clear that advisors are necessary for helping small businesses thrive”.

Practice Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting – 2018

 

Precision’s Chief Operations Officer, Kelly Eke was named as one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting for 2018.

“The ‘Women in Accounting’ initiative, launched on International Women’s Day in 2018 is a way to honor and recognize women who are driving change and creating opportunities for the next generation within the Accounting and Bookkeeping industry.

This award recognises 50 women who are leading the charge when it comes to advocacychange and community in their workplace and beyond”.

Precision was named as finalists in three categories in the 2017 Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards.
