As restrictions begin to ease in NSW over the coming months, we hope to return to pre-covid business operations.

From Monday 18 October, we will be able to offer appointments in the office once again. If you would like to stay with a video or phone appointment, you are, of course, most welcome.

So what will coming into our office for an appointment be like?

First, we have moved. We are now settling into our new office at:

Level 1, Suite 2 160 Pacific Highway Charlestown NSW 2290

Second, as a Covid Safe Business, we will continue to follow the requirements of NSW Health. Clients and visitors will need to:

  • Attend the office by appointment only, so please check with us before coming;
  • Use hand sanitiser;
  • Wear a face mask as required by NSW health. We will be wearing one also;
  • Sign in using the Service NSW app;
  • We will require you to show us your proof of vaccination;

Of course, if you are feeling unwell in any way, required to be in isolation, visited a designated hotspot or have been overseas in the last 14 days, to respect the safety of our Team and clients, we ask you not to come to our office.

In this pandemic, we have all experienced that the situation can change very quickly, so while we will do our best, the above may change at short notice if required by NSW Health.

Can I still complete my appointment via Telephone, Facetime, Zoom or Teams?

Of course you can. When it comes to appointments, we are always happy to work with you and if that means telephone or video meetings, that is fine with us.

How long will I have to wait until I can get an appointment?

Given the uncertainty that has surrounded the last few months, including lockdowns and then the lockdown extensions, all of our appointments were completed via telephone, Facetime, Zoom or Teams. We are largely booked until the end of October so we suggest that you contact us to discuss the next available appointment.

Can I bring other people to my appointment?

At this stage, we would prefer that you did not bring others along.

What do I do if I don’t agree with your Covid policies?

At Precision, we value and respect everyone’s opinions. It’s the differences that make our society better. This is to many, true.

As we continue to work through the challenges upon us, we ask that you please be patient with our staff as we try to help you. We will always do our best.

However, when it comes to the safety of our Team and Clients there is NO compromise. Team Precision are all vaccinated, will be wearing masks and using hand sanitiser.
